Executive Personal Assistant to Marco Rufo


Alexander Mourra has joined the Marco Rufo Real Estate Group as Executive Personal Assistant to Marco Rufo, we are happy to have him on the team, his past experience brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the real estate business.

Having represented buyers and sellers across the Sunshine State for the past four years, Alexander has now directed his focus and attention to the Los Angeles real estate market, a place he calls his second home. Prior to his interest in real estate, Alexander graduated from the University of Miami with honors and a degree in both economics and political science. It was shortly thereafter that Alexander found his passion for real estate. Alexander establishes relationships with his clients based on the principles of honesty, integrity, transparency, and respect. Those who know him on a personal level can attest to his willingness, determination, and generosity that he affords others, especially those in need. His drive to genuinely help others is what he believes to be one of the major factors of his success.

Alexander brings forth strong market knowledge, great problem-solving skills, impeccable attention to detail and the ability to not only listen to his clients, but able to translate their wants and needs into reality. He takes pleasure in getting to know his clients and helping them achieve their goals. To him, there is no better feeling. For many, the real estate world may seem complicated and difficult, which is why he ensures that his clients are always guided throughout the entire process. He makes the process as seamless and stress free as possible.

In Alexander’s free time, he enjoys working out, traveling, playing sports, and hanging out with friends. He likes to stay busy whether it’s working for clients or learning and picking up a new hobby.


Andrea Alvarez

Operations Manager of Marketing


Andrea (Andi) Alvarez, Founder at Coastal Creative Marketing has joined the Marco Rufo Real Estate Group as Operations Manager of Marketing. Andrea brings a vast experience and knowledge of Marketing and we are happy to have her on the team!

Andrea was born in Orange County, California and resides in Huntington Beach with her husband Rob and adorable Miniature Schnauzer. She attended high school at one of the most prestigious private schools in the nation – Mater Dei High School. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Marketing/Promotions from California State University, Long Beach.

Her whole life she found passion in creativity. Filling her time with drawing, writing, designing, and creating she decided to pursue a career in Marketing. She began at the bottom at the OC Register as a marketing/sales assistant for the magazine department where she absorbed anything she could from the Art Director, including learning software like Photoshop and Illustrator. Over the next 14 years she moved her way up to Marketing Manager and Director roles across a variety of industries including: Hospitality, Automotive, Healthcare Recruitment, Sports, Publishing, Real Estate, Healthcare and Events. She has proven success in Email Marketing, Network Building, Loyalty Programs and Social Media Marketing but after spending 14 years in the corporate world, life events helped her to transition into a consultative world where she is able to bring her vast experience to clients big and small.

When Andrea is not sitting behind her laptop making waves with her experience, she is typically staying active in a good spin class, boxing class or hike. Her and her husband are gone at least once a month to their lake house or venturing to the mountains for a good camping getaway or ski trip.
